This should Not be happening! This man is an American citizen by service to this Great Nation! Under No Circumstances should Any judge be entertaining the thought of deporting Any service member ever!!!
This judge should not even hold an honorable position as this is not honorable in any way!!!
What a shame! Free our veteran and offer him the help he fought to protect and deserves.

It is completely without honor or mercy to deport a veteran who fought for this country without considering the effects that combat and the military has on a soldiers psyche, native born or or not. PTSD becomes an important factor and Veterans often act out on something they would never do had they not been exposed to acts of war. This man has tried hard to make amends and and was well on his way to creating a productive life.

I believe that our servicemen and women, while they should be held accountable for their actions, should also be recognized for their contributions to the security and safety of our country, regardless of citizenship status.

I am in support of not deporting Chong Kim. He has faithfully served in our country's military. He deserves an opportunity to recover from the trauma of war and he deserves respect.

If you fight in our wars...give them the same treatment. I don't care if they screwed up...they risked their life...punish them then that is it.
