This is not how we show our support for their service to our country. Release the young man. Period.

There are no words for the injustice of this situation. My deepest hopes that he is allowed to stay in his home.

Disgusting that this has to even be a petition.

I went to high school with Chong. He was a nice guy and got along well with everyone. He shouldn't be deported to a country he doesn't know because the US doesn't know how to take care of its veterans. I've known a number of vets who have self-medicated with drugs to deal with the trauma they experienced in combat. This is a violation of common decency to impose such punitive measures on someone who served this country and suffered mentally and emotionally for it.

We have several veterans that have already been deported under similar circumstances that are petitioning to be allowed to reenter the U.S. President Trump, this is one of those veterans that you promised to help.

Everybody makes mistakes and he did what he was supposed too ... he served our country no matter what color others skin are or where they grew up at I feel like if he has his green card let him stay and that goes for others too . I have mad RESPECT for you and I hope you gets to stay !!! This is just wrong ! I want to say Thank you though for serving our country..

This man served our country and overcame addiction. I'd be proud to call him a fellow American. Let him stay!

If one needed any evidence that our immigration enforcement system needs some significant scrutiny, this is it. Chong Kim is a childhood friend and fellow American. This is unconscionable.
