A father should always get to see their child. An ex is and ex for a reason and they need to learn to move on. My partner has the same sort of problem. It hurts me seeing him hurt when all he wants his time with bus daughter.

Good luck with this. I think it is wrong when fathers cannot see their children. There are so many people out there who don't care! be grateful when someone does. Its not the childs fault!

Totally agree with this, sometimes theres legit reasons why a father or mother cant be involved in a childs like and theres just damn right heartless people out there that do because they cant get what they want! hope you get somewhere with this petition!
