We the undersigned believe that on-campus child care is critically important to the health of UGA and of the Athens community: to recruit and retain top faculty; to support productivity among students, faculty, and staff; to promote employee morale; and to provide quality, affordable early education to the children of our low-wage employees. Therefore, we request that President Adams immediately commit to providing on-campus child care facilities that meet the needs of UGA\'s faculty, staff and students.
