The houses being built will cause a lot more traffic around the area. It is peaceful around the area. Adding homes will just get rid of the peacefulness around the area.

There is already too much traffic on Morrison and Old King. Left hand turns are almost impossible. Difficult for emergency vehicles to get through high volume traffic.

I live boxed between Grand River Blvd and Manor Dr. I cannot imagine how I would put up with the constant noise form the side and front of the house.

My personal feelings aside, I feel that the development of high recidency buildings is not logistically reasonable in this area. Parking for the building would be off of Manor Drive, a two lane road which was not meant to support this much traffic. Furthermore, with the LRT and existing homes around the proposed area, the entire area would become cluttered and unappealing to potential customers.

The traffic on Morrison has increased in recent years, we do not need more!!! I'd like to know who the boneheads are who allow these decisions. They obviously don't do their research to see what is best for the neighbourhood!!!

I'm concerned about an increase in traffic and the impact on this community for our children and for the patients/families of Freeport Hospital who are able to use this quiet residential area for walks.

Been visiting my daughter and living in this neighbour on and off for five years. It is a very pleasant, environmentally nice area. Why on earth would someone try to pack another set of houses in the middle of an already nicely arranged neighbourhood? This money driven idea should be voted against!

This development should not go through. Keep the area intact. Strongly up for the petition!

It is disgusting to see how money destroys everything. This construction should never go through. You are destroying the environment!! I fully support this petition.

Plans of new developments in our neighbourhood do not take into account the best interests of those who live in this area but rather are focused on financial greed. Chicopee is an amazing neighbourhood with charm and solitude that will be ruined if the proposed plans move forward. A new school in an area that already has so much traffic will ultimately cause more congestion and destroy a beautiful piece of nature (Morrison Park) with a concrete building, parking lot, many vehicles and noise. My family does not agree with the proposed plans including the Cook Homes development which is most immediate concern.

WE HAVE ENOUGH TRAFFIC ON MORRISON RD, IT HAS BECOME A LAUNCHING RAMP FOR THE 401!

Seems like some short sighted planning to allow a development like the proposed Cook Homes plan. Doesn't fit with the existing or emerging neighbourhood.

Too much traffic and congestion in a narrow corridor. Dense housing does not fit with existing residences.

This development is not suitable for this neighbourhood. It is poorly planned and will dramatically increase traffic(which is high enough with Chicoppe skill hill). This is an awesome neighbourhood and it needs to be preserved.
