I am signing petition to support the objections for the proposed development by Cook Homes. Not only do I think the traffic issues are a concern; the project is 3 stories high, with balconies that will over look my property at approximately 20 ft from my fence! After living in this location since 2001, my enjoyment of my space and privacy is going to be seriously violated. The developer, cook homes has shown zero sensitivity to current residents backing his property.

This development schedule behind Manor Drive is a terrible idea, as per issues highlighted. Very poor urban planning

Please do not turn this area into a high traffic zone. This is one of the few areas in the city that is still a quiet and well sought after place to live and raise a family or retire.

Not enough studies done on the impact of surrounding areas and neighbourhoods. Not enough support from city personnel.

Please seriously consider our concerns regarding this matter.

Truly upsetting to see a mature neighbourhood turned into a circus just because the developer has obvious connections at the City of Kitchener!

I moved here with my two small children and want them to continue to feel safe. Increase traffic will have a huge, negative impact moving forward

The proposed development (1) is completely out of character for this area and should be limited to 2 storey buildings at least. It needs a comprehensive traffic study before it is allowed to go ahead, and a published development plan. The visual and noise impact on all surrounding properties is going to be much too high with the current planned density.

The more people on board the better for our fight to change this development. Change is coming but we need to make the future more in tune with our established neighbourhood.

I don't believe that this high density development fits with the adjacent dwellings, the removal of mature trees almost to clear cutting impacts the environment and our quality of life

The proposed 3 story buildings are not acceptable in an area of single family dwellings. The traffic proposals are going to make it even tougher to get in and out of a subdivision that has limited access as it is! Are your planners fresh out of school? They should get out of the office and see this area first hand, and imagine they live here before dreaming up this stupidity.

This development in no way fits into the character of our community. It takes no account for its impact on residents living closest to the development. It has in its current form ignored the impact of the LRT on the future residents with regard for their safety and quality of life with respect to livable space for children and the additional concern of noise and vibration.

The proposed development is completely out of character with the existing neighbourhood. Mature trees have already been removed without permits.
