Would be the best thing that could happen to Perrysburg. Food supply is so very important in these unsettling times!

I support the raising of backyard chickens in Perrysburg. Typically households are allowed to have 5-10 chickens.

You had me at "Mosquito Control". Anyone protesting this should thank you for providing them with something new to complain about.

People have the right to have chicken McNuggets, chicken legs and just plain old chickens. Long live the chicken!!

Interpretation of law and rules should fit the reason they were enacted. The kids are gaining great experience and knowledge of so many things....including government.

Chickens are great for families and children. Please allow this family to keep their 7 laying hens. The chickens become part of the family just as a dog or cat.

Think of the money the city would save on mosquito control if everyone had chickens.

It's not right to deny a human the right to provide their own food. In this GMO infested world, more people want to be in control of what they eat, as they rightly should REGARDLESS of where they live

So home owners, which I am one, in Perrysburg can grow a garxen in there entire backyard and have corn that grows taller than your privacy fence or cabbage that grows with an odor MUCH worse than well cared for chickens is legal and fresh eggs are not? Sustainable, fresh, organic foods are becoming a necessity due to many reasons, mostly health, but I could go on and on about that. Let's take a look at the 577 Foundation and there use of land in the City of Perrysburg to promote, grow, and encourage organic food living or is that to BIG for the City to address? Get it together please Perrysburg....ordinary people just trying to live ordinary, cost efficient lives!

I live 1/2 block away and have never niticed the chickens. The Daudelins yard is fenced and they keep the amimals inside the fence. I think the ever growing population of stray alleycats that attack house pets is a much bigger issue than someone keeping a trendy pet that happens to lay eggs!

I support the raising of chickens as pets within the city limits of Perrysburg.
