I think it is fine my kids love them they will make great pets and they will learn how to take care of them a good responsibility for them.

I used to have chickens, where I lived before, many years ago. I greatly enjoyed taking care of them. Loved having their fresh eggs and was thankful for their manure that enriched the garden soil. I also found them great as stress relievers just enjoying watching them. I miss having a them and would love that we could. :)

I was one of the residents allowed to keep my hens until they passed and had to have them microchipped. My last hen passed away before winter. It would be wonderful to have hens right now during the Coronavirus outbreak and I would be able to share eggs with my neighbors. The stores have been completely out.

Fully support the proposal! Chickens are cute, friendly, and worry-free animals. Kids love them. I would love to see more chickens in the backyard everywhere.

Former Mayor Baldoni has chickens in her yard and have had for many years. She is my neighbor and support her right to have chickens. Seems like the City has ignored this household as the chickens are very visible and come to my yard everyday they are out. I have gotten about 4 eggs over the years. They are a delight to have next door and had a sign chicken crossing by our road on Clover but some idiot stole my sign. I don't have good luck with the signs I put in my yard due to people not believing in freedom of speech. This is a real issue and the so called City leadership should focus on this matter rather than worrying about banning smoking in Perrysburg like Councilman butt picker.
