This would be disastrous in so many ways - please say NO.

Flyovers on the A27 would be a far cheaper and more effective solution.

An absolute disgrace, lets stop this.

The proposal to create a northern by - pass round Chichester will adversely affect residential areas through which it would pass and create further traffic bottlenecks on already crowded northern routes into and out of the city.

This area is part of Goodwoods heritage, it is not only and area of outstanding natural beauty, but it is a large source of income for the local area, and it would be a mistake to build on it.

absolutely preposterous idea

I wholeheartedly agree with the suggestions and as a community healthcare worker working in the Chichester and manhood peninsula ,southern road adaptions are needed

A northern bypass would desecrate a beautiful area of countryside merely to avoid possibly more expensive options

This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and a new road (bypass) is not in the public interest.

This proposal was ridiculous the last time it was mooted and can only be worse now

Improve the A27 not another bypass

Renovating the A27 to facilitate better traffic control of local needs must be better than aby-pass which will destroy irreplaceable rural countryside and faculities.

Please use some common sense and improve what we already have and don't even consider ruining our beautiful countyside

Upgrade the existing A27, do not ruin the national park.

It is cleary that there is already a major road to the south of the city.A northern route would damage the south downs national park and the feel good factor of the city itself

Keep the A27 on its existing route improving roundabouts and building flyovers where necessary.

3 roundabout flyovers and 1 bypass route from Bognor roundabout to the A27, would solve the problem more economically, and allow residents of south Chichester access to the city again.

UPGRADE the existing A27 trunk road because it only makes sense! A flyover at the Donnington roundabout should be a top priority.

No way should this road from the north ever be built

Don't ruin the countryside when upgrades and improvements surely possible.
