This is a petition for a local Autoplex to be built in Laramie County, Wyoming. In a location east of the city of Cheyenne, just outside city limits. This petition is to show the support of the local community and surrounding areas for an Autoplex to be built, and managed. The Autoplex will consist of a quarter mile drag strip, small and large road course, shop and store, grandstand concessions, as well as various other auto tracks to be named in the future. The tracks and land are to be self funded by Steven Zavika and Chris Harrington. Purpose of track will bring revenue to the area, and provide a safe location for auto racing, in hopes to prevent illegal, and unsafe driving/racing on public streets.
