in addition, no more engine running due to low temperature at -10 degres... we should be able to decide if we want it or not!

YES! Needed or at the least as an option , Same thing with the heated steering wheel. 6.6 KW would be usefull during the winter when I pre-condition where I would not be draining the battery to keep up with the 5KW heater
