The Constitution is the highest law in the land. If any law even obliquely goes against it, for any aim, such a law is null and void.

The 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution acknowledges individual RIGHTS. We don’t need “permission”.

To the BOS of Chesterfield. Please pass 2A It is just making a statement to our government. Our state should never be abused or threatened by force the people of Virginia. We are a free people who stand up for our constitution, and want all of us to keep standing up for it. Government should not threaten people for doing that.
