Make a difference and sign for a universally accessible park & playground in South Tampa at Gadsden Park that will benefit all children and adults of all abilities with the help of Shane's Inspiration. Organized monthly play-dates for children with special needs and their peers, multi-purpose field for various sports for all ages with and without wheelchairs (buddy baseball, basketball, etc.), educational programs & an opportunity for our wounded warriors of America to play alongside their children.
COME JOIN US AS WE RAISE AWARENESS FOR ALL PERSONS OF ALL ABILITIES & THEIR RIGHT TO PLAY on Saturday, February 4, 2012 @ Gadsden Park, 1:00 - 4:00 pm! Join us to make history in South Tampa and be a voice for change for those who live with a disability and their families.
The city officials in South Tampa keep ignoring these families but this surge of support proves they cannot hide from the truth forever. We have hit a point where they are finally starting to sweat and I intend to keep the pressure on until every child has a place to play.

Gadsden is already a great spot but this would make it incredible for everyone. Lets get it done.

My son uses a wheelchair and there is honestly nowhere for him to play around here. Tampa needs to step up and do this for the kids.
