I understood that on the first year of the K-12 scholarship it took them 4 months to release the LA but I do not understand anymore why it is taking them more than 5 months to prepare for the release of
the funds when everything is supposed to be in place already. I just cannot help but wonder if indeed there is no more corruption in this administration.

It's almost a year of patience and perseverance on the scholarship. We, together with my co-scholars have gone through to reach this far and we can't afford to give up easily on the scholarship. I am signing this petition not just for my welfare but for my co-scholars with the same (or much worse) experiences of having no formal source of income to sustain our graduate studies. Hope this initiative will be heard and at the same time will be addressed by the concerned offices.
