I cannot attend classes most o the times. I am a displaced scholar and I strictly followed the contract that I have to study full time. I am enrolled to Thesis writting 1, it requires me to get an english editor whose PF is at least 5k. I also owed money (3k) for my comprehensive exam. My debt increases its interest and I am humiliated to myself. I am certainly depressed because I cannot start collecting samples for my experimental/scientific/basic pharmaceutical research due to absence of funds. If the proposal will be approved however the samples that I need to collect from the coast of ilocos is out of season, Certainly I have to wait for another year. THe funds is needed urgently, I have until dec. 5. Printing, tokens, and another expenses are to be considered. I am totally lost. Thank you CHED for screwing everything up. You are doing a great job.

No certificate of Nomination because they can not retrieve according from CHED that is why they can not disburse our allowances. I am Batch H of summer and Batch 2 of 1st term.

Expedite allowance release. Done with comprehensive exam. Start with collection of samples for dissertation. Really need finances for upcoming dissertation this january.

The living allowance is the substitute to our salaries. How can we survive if we haven't received it for half a year already? We have families, especially kids, to feed. While you at CHED enjoy the comforts of your offices, and your salaries courtesy of taxpayers like us; we hope that you also think of the situation of the scholars.
