The disbursement of allowance as per agreement is monthly, however, 8 months now still no allowance received. Cannot find any other source of income for scholars are only allowed 6 hours work per week. We cannot sustain the incurred expenses for transportation (dhei is in another region), food, compre examination fee, board and lodging, daily sustainance of the family (4 children).

hope CHED will realize that most of the scholars are unable to sustain anymore expenses, most scholar are really poor like me, blessed with this scholarship program because it was my dream too... i was then a working student until i finished college. I borrowing money to my families and friends for my thesis and projects, telling them to return it later once i receive my LA just to complete the semester. i could thank to scholarship program i received but i hope it wasn't not hard as this.

Why are you anonymous sir? Tapos kami makikita yung name namin? I am hesitant to sign the petition because you are anonymous. Kasi meron nag cocoment dito na konti lang daw ang nag sa sign ng petition without looking kung bogus ba ito or not kasi walang name.

Na survive ang compre exam na walang alawans...pero iwan ko if ma survive ung capstone project...please release our allowances so that we can concentrate to study...thankyou

CHED means "Continuing Hardship & Endless Difficulties" for faculty scholars. Let us make our plight a good topic for research. We are facing a disaster like many Filipinos as ched scholars and our only option is to be resilient. Let us just pray and hope that damnation will befall upon all those who, by intention or omission, cause misery to others.

Waiting for our 1st tranche of the dissertation and our 1st sem 2017-2018 LA... we are scheduled for the oral defense on the 2nd week of January. Hope CHED will release the fund because oral defense entails spending a lot of money for the panelists and adviser. Plus the fact that we have personal bills to pay and we already have loans and borrowed money because of this delayed LA.

I havent recieve any allowances sice January
I have to borrow money for my laptop cause i badly need it.
