Commission on Higher Education miss Melanie Belga told me that they will still retrieve our certificate of Nomination because we applied online. It took 8 months for that until now no allowance disbursement for us 2nd Semester Starter. Inefficient system of CHED made us scholars suffer.

Dear CHED,
We are humbly seeking your help to please release our L.A as soon as possible. Some are hopeless now. Some are almost humiliated because of being indebted. We are hoping for a Merry Christmas and that is if you will release our LA so as to pay our over due obligations.

We had endured enough. Please give us what we deserve.The least that you can do for us now is to make our Christmas happy.No LA here since summer and I survived through loans,pawning some pieces of jewelry mine and my Mom's,borrowing from kind-hearted people,from my salary (which is riddled with too much deductions) and from an understanding landlady who makes me pay 50-50 for my P6k dorm and installment pay for my electricity. Thank God! my wifi is free and water too.I pray that second semester will be a different story (hopefully) but with all these delays, we need to brace ourselves and be more prepared financially next semester. We cannot let this cycle continue and be at the mercy of people who seemed to take our financial woes lightly. I pray for the hearts of the people concerned especially those in authority that they may have compassion over us.

Please expediate the release of the allowance. We are allready very much in debts because of the late allowances.
We are also finished our thesis 1 and are developing our system. Please pay our SHEI so we can get our grades and we can graduate by 2018. Our tuition fees are still unpaid. Our DHEI do not want to lend us CA anymore because we have not paid our previos CA for 3months. Hope you understand our dillema

I endured the almost 5-month delay of my first allowance last semester and hoped that it was only for the first release that it was so delayed but this is my second semester now and allowances are not yet released and the semester is about to end already. This causes stress and affects my studies.
