On the night of February 26, 2007 exactly two months before his birthday, my cousin was killed. He was only 18. A \"friend\" was last seen leaving with him that night and never returned home. He was found the next morning dead with bruises and stab wounds all over his body while his friend was taken to the hospital. My cousin was left to be discovered the next morning while this friend was rushed to the hospital that night. Please help our family find who did this to my cousin. Since this happened while he was out of the country, we are in need of the assistance of the Philippine government and the US embassy to do a thorough investigation.
