You shove kids in their house for almost a year, all of them hoping for some sort of activity. Then you take it away from them? Shame on CCPS a season could have safely been conducted this year. Bring it back, give these kids some purpose

This was uploaded to a neighborhood facebook group and I, as well as many other mothers, are appalled. Too many distasteful kids doing reckless things in this town. Take your petition and football back to the inner city.

There is no such thing as a safe or socially distanced contact sport. Don’t be selfish and wait it out until it is less likely for you to bring a deadly disease to your Grandmother who could suffer greatly. Selfish generation!!

Charles County kids deserve the same opportunities being awarded to other athletes in Conference and across the State. Our kids deserve an outlet and an opportunity to reconnect with their teammates, coaches, and schools. Our kids have endured 11 months of shut downs, let downs, and No answers, it’s time we step up and provide a platform for meaningful educational experience.
