Starting this to force Torbay council who are refurbishing their toilets across Torbay from charging 30p to access disabled toilets and doing away with radar keys when a disabled person needs to go they have to go it's putting more stress on carers and may result in people in wheelchairs or with IBS colitis or chrohns or ms soiling themselves or being forced to use alley ways ect
