I have finalized the formal request letter and prepared a summary of the scheduling conflicts for department review. My next step is meeting with the curriculum coordinator to present this proposal.

The volume of support has secured us a formal meeting with the department head later this week. I am currently preparing the documentation to present our case for the schedule adjustment.

i really need to be back for christmas eve dinner this is gonna be a nightmare for travel plans.
PLEASE!! everyone is gonna be halfway home by then anyway.
