Entitlements . we should be able to harvest so many per year no matter what the days are . Just like deer tags . We should be able to have not buy. Snapper tags!

There needs to be more current and thorough research done on the red snapper count and Reproduction on SC waters. There are obviously more snapper than ever before based on anglers remarks.

How can the Carolinas and Florida keys be in the same management complex? Barrier to entry to bottom fish in Florida keys is a running boat due to reef locations so close the Carolinas have to run 20plus miles to get to bottom structure and sometimes 30-40 to get to ledge areas.
