As homeowners in Prescott Valley we should not have to abandon our right to feel reasonably safe in our neighborhoods. This petition is for the City of Prescott Valley to change the current Vagrancy and panhandling statutes to not allow anyone to panhandle or squat within a certain proximity of residential areas.

Have seen firsthand the impact of uncontrolled or even encouraged panhandling in California and Colorado. Much easier to stop now.

A law needs to be established, in order to keep our neighborhood clean & safe, we do not need homeless camping in the park or lighting fires to stay warm i our surrounding community. We. Ant stop growth but we do not need to er this in our town!

Our community children have to walk on the same sidewalk along side the panhandler on their way to and from school. Safety laws need to be created or updated to prevent our city from dangerous situations for our citizens.

100% supportive of this petition. It would be heartfelt of the community and PV to follow and enforce the rules that have been set by association. Not show preference to particular residences that believe the rules exclude them. TOTAL FRUSTRATION!!!!
