I love the idea of the event!! But agree with this fully, it needs a fair qualifying system for all.

One of the founding principles of NRHA was to provide record keeping. With the inclusion of the "exhibition" monies, we are allowing the polluting of over 50 years of record keeping. Create a earnings category that does not allow the earnings from this event to count toward LTE. Disappointed in those that voted despite their obvious conflict of interest.

Egregious behavior on the part of an elite few. I think the opportunity to highlight reining to the world is spot on! However, to let the earnings count towards lifetime earnings is short sighted and a conflict of interest. The board needs to take a step back, admit error and change the decision.

Fully support the event but don’t believe the earnings should count towards LTE. The conflict of interest in voting needs to be addressed. #36570

I ask to have a qualifier for the ancillary classes be held in Canada as it is such a long drive and great expense for Canadians to attend the qualifiers. The management declined. I applaud the opportunity to have a show with the purse this large in North America, but I believe it is needs to be accessible to all if the earnings of horse and rider are to be recorded within our Membership. I think earnings should be acknowledged in another category all together and shouldn’t count for LTE on horse or rider. Also I think the selection process does not seem fair and should be reevaluated---Mary Anne Hall
