Please communicate changes a semester in advance. Rents have been increased but benefits downsized. Residents decided to move here based on a certain set of rules and it's not fair to change them midway.

In IHouse North, we have an apartment and have families who would like to visit us. As is the current rule was very stringent and the new rule would make it even more expensive and stringent. Most of us are studying here by taking loans and can not afford hotel rooms when parents or siblings are here to stay with us.
