The Georgia High School Association currently allows students to transfer within "service areas" in some cases without affecting their athletic eligibility. This policy has spawned charges of recruiting and unfair play. We, the undersigned, believe adopting the Alabama High School Athletic Association's transfer policy would help remedy this issue.
