The dress code is completely ridiculous we should be able to wear comfy clothes to school so what if u can see our shoulders um everyone has them it's nothing new like come on!! And we should be able to wear leggings as well i highly doubt boys will get "turned on" by our clothing.

the dress code @ cario, laing , moultrie and all of the other CCSD middle schools is terrible. it stinks for both girls and boys, but they hardly regulate the boys, and the girls are the ones who are usually getting embarrassed in front of classmates. this sucks, and we have been trying to do this for ages.

I believe that kids should not have to wear specific shorts/shirts. Kids should be able to wear whatever kind of tshirt they want, not one with the schools name on it.

It is not that boys education is favored over girl's (If anything, there are psychological studies that girl's education is favored). It's that a small amount of boys have extremely perverted minds and that has caused the dress code to be obsessing over every little detail that may be considered to be sexual.

Just because you stop us from wearing short shorts and tank tops at school doesn't change what we do out of school. And is a boy's learning environment more important than a girls? No. What we wear doesn't change a boys thoughts.

My knees, shoulders and thighs shouldn't be distracting. School is for learning why do you care so much about what a girl wears? If classes were actually interesting you wouldn't have to worry about boys being DiStrAcTEd
