I have a son with a cleft. All these kids need several years of dentistry to fix teeth/extract teeth/align teeth/implants/bridge work etc. These kids and their families need insurance cover for dentistry

Please change the law to help the kids and parents out with all the expenses of having a cleft child. With out any help some children have to go without it and makes it hard on them during school years

I am a mom of a cleftie. These children deserve to have a normal life. This needs to be done in other states as well!I hope you get all of the signatures that you need!

Put the law thru, don't make these families suffer hardship because you don't want to pay.

As a cleft affected adult, I still struggle to get insurance to pay for my medically necessary treatment. This needs to be a law for children and adults.

As a cleft lip baby and current Texas resident I support this 100%. I will be willing to speak to Texas law makers.

As a parent of cleft affected child , I support this because it’s hard enough with the surgeries and the children deserve what they need .

Insurance should cover any and all medical treatment a child born with a deformity, syndrome, sequence or any illness will need.

Fellow cleftie. Being that clefts are one of the most common birth defects, full coverage should be mandatory in EVERY state.

Two of my grandchildren were born with cleft lip and palate. All medical needs should be covered by insurance.
