This makes way more sense. We basically learned nothing from the textbook exams anyway since we were busy with the events all semester.

If this is approved, the final breakdown of grades will be 65% dedicated to event work and 35% dedicated to supporting course content.
This means:
Individual Management role: 25%
Supporting role for three events: 20%
Event Proposal & Post-Evaluation: 20%
Quizzes: 20% (1rst = 10%, 2nd = 5%, 3rd = 5%)
Reflective paper = 15%
The course was introduced as a hands-on learning experience. We propose if the majority of our work goes towards creating successful events, then majority of our grades should reflect that expected effort.
Thank you for your consideration!

I totally believe our roles and volunteer work need to be worth more than our tests :)
