This bill needs to have specific language clarifying requirements of being legally exempt child care provider. This includes background checks, home inspection, and training.

Deregualting famiky chikdcare is not good for children. Although we do need access to affordable child care allowing anyone care for 4 children without putting any safe guards in place is reckless.
