Regis recently extended class times to go until 2:20. The reasoning is that a recent Ds and Fs report indicate a higher than normal fail rate. If they truly wanted to help students they would change the grading scale itself and not the time in class. DECREASE TIME ONLINE AND REVERT BACK TO NORMAL HYBRID.

i personally would use the time after class at 12:40 to work on things and i would still not finish homework till a lot later and extending the day isn’t going to help and i’ll probably lose more sleep
It’s absolutely ridiculous that rj is trying to extend the school days. Don’t nobody wanna wake up early ash just sit in front of a device for more than we already have to. It’s so mentally draining and teachers aren’t even being considerate of the work they give. And with school ending at 12 were able to give ourselves a break in the afternoon before we have to start 3+ hours of hw.
Everyone is already so overwhelmed with the massive loads of homework on top of dealing with a worldwide pandemic. Some people also work daily to help their families struggling through this tough time. To whoever decided that this schedule was okay and fitting, you’re outta your mind and definitely not putting yourself in the shoes of the students. Change it please, Thank u ☺️
I already spend 4-5 hours on work a night and I do sports so most nights I’m not done with homework till almost midnight with this I’m just gonna be up later and I’m gonna fail more classes.
Trying to pay attention by looking at a screen for 4 hours a day online is hard enough, extending the day will only make school harder

It is going to be mentally draining to sit down when it is online. My family and I chose to do online learning because there is no lunch and the time we are off mask is limited, and because we liked the original hybrid schedule. I would have chosen online if this was the original schedule
