One of the main reasons we bought here was the pool; being able to enjoy it through the summer with grandchildren. As it stands, the younger ones cannot even be here during the day since there will be school pick-ups, soccer, t-ball, etc., as for other families. Not a good move by the HOA to close it most of the daytime in August!

August is still summer and shortening availability of hours is not fair to those who are stay at home parents/ workers. Also increases crowding during that short time frame it is open.

The pool should open at normal times in August. I would not have purchased my home had I known the pool hours would be so limited. I'm paying for an amenity but receiving it.

Not all kids in the neighborhood go to Wilson County schools. We continue to pay our Home Owners that increases over the years yet more houses are built and then the things we are "paying for" decrease. Look at the other neighborhoods in Mt Juliet, most open before ours and close after ours.

A huge reason we bought in Providence was the pool! I feel like my children (4 year olds) and a school age child are being discriminated against. Homeowners pay for this pool and it should be open!

We have been homeowners for 4 years. The limited hours are why we are considering moving. We have non school aged children that are able to go to the pool any day of the week. Limited hours are why we have already looked at properties to move to.

I support this petition. I work from home and my 4yr old daughter stays home 2 days during the week. Having the pool open at 4pm would wipe my entire day of pool use out. I move to Providence because of the pool, walking paths, and parks. Without the pool, I would not have moved here.
