We should not pay what we pay in HOA dues if they continue to take away pool hours. That's the only amenity we get as a providence resident other than the fact our plants at all the neighborhood entries gets changed out every other week...

I would like to be able to enjoy the pool during the day while my kids are in school.

I tolerated the change in pool hours from opening at 9a.m. to not opening until 10a.m. but this is too much! There are too many residents that not only benefit but whose HOA fees pay for use of the pool. In Tennessee the temperatures for use of the pool are adequate from early May until late September yet the pool opens memorial day and closes labor day. Now the change of hours during August? This is too much!

And bring back adult swim at break! There is no way an adult can do laps when kids are playing in the pool. Break was the perfect time.

Please please please keep the pool open thru August. We pay association fee and have kids at home.

I support this petition. I agree that closing the pool most of the day during August could negatively affect our property values.

I own my own business and so does my husband and we would love to have access to the pool facility during the daytime hours in the hot months of August and early September. Thank you for your attention to this request.

I would rather see the pool close on Labor Day Weekend as it has in the past. Having limited hours during one of the hottest months of the year makes no sense at all!

Please reevaluate the pool hours in August to fit the majority of homeowners` needs.

I support the points made and the petition. The access to the pool all day long was a key selling point for us to buy in the Providence community. We always try to swim during the less busy hours which are being eliminated under the new schedule.

It's is wrong for our Board Members to decide to close our pool during the daytime during August, 2916. Our HOA dues are excess of $650 per year and if only one person wants to use the pool during this time they should be allowed to do so. Maybe we should seek legal assistance in this matter. We are fed up with your new rules.

I agree with your comments. If the pool is only going to be open for a limited time, the Board need to address the desires of more that just the kids.

I've been questioning this decision since I became aware of it, I am retired, have lived here for 8 years and use the pool most days esp. In August. My grandsons that also live in Providence attend catholic schools and don't start until the 10th.
