With the amount of money we pay in HOA fees....the pool needs to be available morning to night, as it is now.

I am not in favor of the pool closing during the day. By making this change, you are cutting off a group of people that enjoy taking their young children to the pool when it is not crowed. You are also refusing to allow access to individuals that are off during the day or are stay at home parents. Each home owner pays fees in order to have acces to the pool; therefore, the pool hours should be determined by the home owners. If the pool hours are being changed due to lack of lifeguards, and the staffing cost compared the pool users, then I am all for removing the lifeguards. At the end of the day, we (parents) are ultimatly responsible to our children . I will gladly sign a new form that removes Ghertner's reposibility for the well being of my child. Please take this into consideration, and keep the pool open during the day.

It would be great for the pool to be open all summer. Honestly the lifeguards are annoying. Parents should be responsible for thier kids safety. Life guards are not necessary. The 10 minute break every hour is disruptive and if it means closing the pool, that isn't fair. Just get rid of the lifeguards and let residents go to the pool when they want to.

The pool is the seemingly ONLY amenity of living in Legacy Park. We do not have a clubhouse, gym, tennis or basketball courts, etc. Please do the minimum Ghertner and leave our August pool hours alone!

This is the most ridiculous decision. providence pool already has an abbreviated schedule compared to the surrounding apartment pools, which at least one I know of opened in april. Providence collects a massive amount of HOA fees and it seems they are not allocating it properly if it makes more sense to invest in wine tastings, bingo prizes and other activities than to pay for reasonable hours for the best and most attractive amenity our funds pay for. I myself work weekends and take my preschool son on my days off and school being in or out does not effect that.

The pool hours need to be change to fit all residents not just a few. We pay to much for the hours we are getting access to the pool.

Keep the pool open for the residents use at their own risk just like apartment complexes and beaches. The facility has to be maintained for use so let's make it available for all to use. All day parts are appreciated by a variety of reasons & members, consideration should be given to all.

Thank you all for signing and for offering suggestions! I've been told that the board is aware that we feel that closing the pool during the day in August will negatively affect so many aspects of our community! I truly appreciate your support. Please continue to spread the word and ask your neighbors and friends to sign.

Board must become responsive not dictatorial and mute. Hours sh/be 12-9 during swimming weather. No lifeguards? Owners sign waiver, swim at own risk.

Suggestion: keep adult pool closed until 4 pm. This eliminates the need for a guard at that pool.
