I used them once for grooming and when we picked up our puppy he was very lethargic and seemed "drugged". They had no explanation and told me I was wrong. It took him a few hours to regain his demeanor.

I agree with you and this place should be closed. I took my pets there and the lie to me saying my dog was fine and friendly with the other dogs when they took him to the park. My dog does not like other dogs at all. When I took him there I told them about his temper and they told me it was fine that the were proffecionals and knew how to handler him. 1hr later when I was on my way to my vacation trip they call me to pick him up, because my dog didn't let them enter the kennel. They ruin my vacation they should of tell me the truth and I would,of take him to a place that fit my pet needs.

They are unfrpffesional and when they couldn't deal with the dog they called us to come back and get them. Mind you we were going on a plane to go to Boston. After reading this it is worth missing the 800$ flight because I would have had a lawsuit against because they said my dog was being aggressive when in fact he is actually a really nice calm dog so their must have been a reason my dog reacted this way. If they don't get a FULL new staff and owner I will personally see to it that they get closed down.

Omg! I kept my 5 babies here...every time I picked them up they seemed upset and gave me my bedding back covered in urine, lost a blanket and One dog was bleeding due to her nails clipped too short the last two times there. I am appalled that they are doing this. Disgusted.

I brought my beloved Sugar in (I had been before and did not have any issues) and she passed within 2 weeks. Instead of squeezing her anal glands they went too far in and caused so much damage that her anus practically closed up. Surgery did not help and we had to put her down. They never called us back when I left them a message nor have I ever received even an apology.

I absolutely can't believe the level of abuse going on here! Shut this place down! I can't imagine anyone treating my babies this way!!! The very thought makes me sick.

I have heard many horror stories about this place!! And I use Pawsh Pet in Oakland, FL.... They take immaculate care of their animals!! I would never take my pet to any other place and would highly recommend them!!!! Dont use this facility it has the worst reputation and mistreatment of animals..... Scary!!!
