Shut this place down!!!!! They left my mothers dog in a damn pin for 3 hours before she was groomed!!! She had burn marks all over her from the damn clippers!!

This is very alarming. I took my precious dog here once and was not pleased. The staff was rude and I did not feel like they treated my dog well. I will never go back.

This is sad . We have never used the boarding but have the grooming a couple of times but never again as the last time she came home infested with fleas and acted Strange a couple of days.

My mother brought her shihtzu there and she came back urinating blood and passed away a week after...it all makes sense now SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

Very frequent customer....beginning to think my 5 yr old dog died due to this place also...never could understand why she died so early....she was also boarded there...and groomed before she died ?! Not going back there...

Overall I was pleased with the boarding, never liked the grooming there but after reading this I am recalling situations that put things in question for me. Unacceptable.

They were responsible for the death of Brandi my daughter in law dog. She took Brandi for grooming. Brandi died 4 days later

I worked there to it was a joke, this place needs to be closed. It's understaffed and every employee is over stressed and don't know a thing about animals.

I boarded my dog there and her bedding came back as if it hadnt been used. She also was very weird after we picked her up. She was crying alot. Strange
