I have at least 5 friends/neighbors who left their beloved pets in the care of Pawfection and the most recent one's precious dog was totally unresponsive when they returned to pick up their pets. This place DID NOT notify the owners of any issues despite the fact they asked to be notified with ANY issues & left 2 different contact phone numbers. This poor fog had to be immediately taken to the vet by the owners and sadly passed away the exact same day they picked him up. The vet & i saw the reports, said he was exposed to toxic chemicals! When the owners made everyone in our community aware of this extreme treatment & total lack of concern, many many others reported similar issues after leaving their pets in their care. I will say most of the other pers survived but all were extremely sick and all had to be taken to their vets at the owners expense! This is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE & Pawfection should be held responsible for pain & suffering to both the animals & their owners & at the very least should be held responsible for the vet bills they incurred because of their negligence! I would NEVER take my pets here & I'm warning EVERYONE I know & don't know!!

When we choose a boarding facility or groomer, we expect the staff to be attentive, fulfill their responsibilities and are confident and comfortable with caring for our family pets. There have been egregious acts witnessed by a former employee, most recently, what seemed to be a healthy dog left over the long Easter weekend has passing away . The family picked up their pet and took two ER facilities to recognize the dog was in renal failure with no phone calls to the owner about their pet being sick or becoming ill during the boarding. This is inexcusable and should be investigated. When you read reviews, visit the facility and determine for yourself throughout the day how the animals are being cared for. A quick visit cannot possibly give you insight into how your animals are being cared for. Please choose a facility with cameras focused on your pet for assurance that the proper care is being given and any upgrades of walks, playtime are made Fur & Feathers in Winter Garden, Florida were investigated for neglect/abuse/ medication and employees blew the whistle. Please do your due diligence when placing your pet in a boarding facility .

Just lost our precious chorkie after leaving him there Friday afternoon and picking him up Monday. He had acute renal failure and no one was concerned AND I still haven't heard from them.

This happened to us too at another place - blanket issue - our dogs were a mess and traumatized for a week

I send 3 of my 4 dogs to a groomer, if I saw that I would report them.
