This is a clear exploitation of students. The trip is not possible and should be ran at an extreme discount as it's online. This is not only unfair to the students but is downright taking advantage of them.

Totally unfair and unjust to ask students to pay this amount of money for attending online classes.

There are about 590 students in my cohort [590 x €650 = €383,500] That'll hardly go to the tutors.

Two things we shouldn’t be mean with, education and health. Look after our future and our heritage, give the kids the money /grants they require.

I live in the Gaeltacht, I am fluent and they expect me to fork out that amount! Ridiculous for everyone in the course, but particularly people who live in the Gaeltacht and speak Irish everyday.

Where is the money going??? €650 for a class of 29 students is about 19grand. Someone is making a killing from this!

I think the students have paid enough €15000, and all the lectures are held online, students should be getting a refund from these fees not more charges

The Tuition-Only Fee price was €400 in 2019. In 2020 they got a pass due to COVID. We're getting a 'not fit for purpose' online Irish immersion course for €650 - 1.6 times the price of 2019. This is unjustifiable.

As a former student of hibernia college I am not surprised they are doing this. No regard for student welfare whatsoever

These fees are preposterous! With everyone's personal situations with work due to covid, I can't see how this is acceptable! A breakdown of fee allocation must be sent to colleges and students before this can even come close to being considered!!
