I wouldnt want my child driving that road at night or where there is no cell service. I think the fire hall in Madison is a great choice if its not possible to use the school gym.

Graves is beautiful...but if you have prom at the school you could spend the money you save and have a blowout senior trip! Good luck!

I love Graves but not a good location for Prom. If money is the issue why not do it at the school..

There are two gyms at MCHS that can be used. That is what was done when I went to school. I like Graves however that is not a location for a formal dance.

I just want to be clear that I think Graves is a wonderful place, in fact it's one of my favorite places and it's very beautiful. I also appreciate the efforts of those that are planning the prom. I just don't think that this is an appropriate venue for the prom. I know any parent would feel it very important to be able to be in contact with their child over the coarse of four hours. Also social media is very important to teens and without cell phone service or wifi none of their fun night will be able to be shared. Finally if there is weather you're taking a big chance on ruining all the nice formal wear. I'm just thinking as any parent would, not trying to be unappreciative or disrespectful.

I strongly believe that this is not a place to havena prom!! This is really dumb!! However , we should do it at the middle school gym and or the madison fire house , easier to get to and it's a much better place to have a formal dance! At graves where we are having it at, there's no bathrooms, who wants to use a porty potty while in a prom dress?! NOT ME!! This needs to be changed!!! I don't agree with it and neither does most of MCHS students/ parents!!
