Oh so now she is going to be punished because of me?! That's fair. What a joke. Furthermore, she was signed at OS in the beginning but we couldnt make practices. So she was signed at Coalfield but due to some confusion we were not contacted back by Coalfield so i took them to PJ. I only took her back to Coalfield after PJs first practice. I was upfront and honest about everything from the very beginning. I didnt do anything illegal. I did what was best for my child and i put her on team where she would get the coaching she needed. Junior pro is about prepping kids for middle school ball. Period. Coalfield and Oliver springs didnt have any objections about her playing. Oliver springs is where she signed first and even when she started at Coalfield, OS was in favor of her playing even if it was for a different team!

From what I’ve read she was givin a chance by more than 1 program. But u did take them to 3 different places then back to another which is also illegal. So many rules were broke for you and your child. I happen to know that exceptions were being made the trip county league was in the process of bringing your situation up for a vote to see if majority would allow her to play that is until your Facebook story was posted.

We just moved to morgan county and the middle school does try outs at the end of the year. I agree that 6th graders should play middle school ball IF they are ready. Some kids arent ready by 6th grade. If they are not ready or unable to play due to moving as in our situation, if she is the same age as other kids playing why cant she?! Its unfair. Even if this petition doesnt change anything, i strongly believe that exceptions should be made for kids like this.

The age limit is 11 but you cannot be in the 6th grade because if your in the 6th grade you should be playing middle school ball period. This petition will change nothing. Except for possibly eliminating the 11 year olds from playing. Good luck to you

I think they should do it by age not grade because there are teens that are 19 and a sophomore.

You should not punish a child for their grade level and how well they do in school you should be proud and want them on your team to work hard as they do in school
