Please protect all animals from abuse and neglect. People act like a dog or a cat is a decoration for the yard while others treat them like family. Those who won’t provide adequate food, water and shelter should be prosecuted and not allowed to ever own any animals. Please make laws harsher for these kinds of people. Thank you

Please stop animal abuse and neglect. Please rescue animals who are left tied in the weather elements, and put into law for Spartanburg county, especially an ulltreated dog in the Appalach area. Do not excuse the ignorant but punish them severely and revoke their right to own or possess any animal

People who don't treat their animals as family and respect, shouldn't have one just to lock it in a cage or put it on a chain. I hope it gets rescued and showed a good life with warmth and comfort.
