I am against dogs on chain's, this is completely cruel. Maybe some people need to try it a few days so they can see and feel what it's like in all weather conditions. Please Please say these precious pet's Thank you God Bless

I have to drive by this house almost everyday and it’s heartbreaking. We have to do something to protect this dog and improve its quality of life!

Spartanburg County needs clearly defined laws protecting animals from neglect and abuse. These laws need to be enforced to the fullest extent.
