It breaks my heart to see dogs esp. chained up with no shelter in the winter and summer.

Stop this cruel treatment of animals! No animal deserves to be treated this way!

Please Step Up and Protect the innocent animals that have to live on chains in any weather conditions. They have no Voice or Choice. It is Animal Cruelty and needs to be taken seriously. Please change the laws of how Animals are ABUSED by being tied to a chain all of their lives. Be Responsible and Do the RIGHT thing. BE THEIR VOICE

Obvious animal cruelty

Our county needs appropriate animal anti-cruelty laws for situations such as the one pictured and described.

We need this desperately!!

Please upgrade Spartanburg Count animal cruelty laws to bring our county in line with modern expectations of pet ownership responsibilities. I see too many sad situations in my own neighborhood and it breaks my heart that I’m helpless to remedy the situation. I’m willing to accept a reasonable tax increase for the additional staff needs.

We need to love and protect our furry friends as they love and protect us. This is cruel.

There are people in this world who think it is permissible to harm animals. Obviously, this is not the truth. Therefore, it takes responsible, caring representatives to support laws to protect these animals from heinous crimes at the hands of sadistic individuals. I challenge the laws to be changed to protect all animals from neglect and abuse.

I always see this poor dog outside in the cold and in the rain as well whether it is freezing weather or not. Please change the law and save not only this dog but others in the county from needless suffering.

There needs to be a change on these laws. Its not fair how these animals are being treated. They also feel pain and laws should be stricter on these ppl that dont care about their pets.
