Change Laws to Protect Dogs From Neglect & Abuse

Please help rid this abuse on this dog and any other animal that is subjected to this cruelty and abuse.

These laws need to be changed. Too many animals are suffering. Looks very bad for our communities.

To much of this kind if abuse to animal, dogs going on and it's unacceptable. Something needs to be done to stop this kind of animal abuse!
