Council members it is time to be the voice for these animals. They do not ask to be living in these deplorable living conditions. Owners who do this to animals do not care. They never will. Please change the laws for these animals. Animal Control will finally be able to do the job they were meant to do.

No animal should be left out in the harsh weather without any way to get warm and stay warm. And if the law won’t do anything to these people then the law needs to change.

Will someone please rescue this poor baby!!!! Don't wait on the police to do anything because to get ahold of them is precious wasted time!!! Anyone have a tent they can pitch up for the poor thing? People that treat pets like that should be punished!! And band from ever having an animal.

Enough is Enough! Spartanburg South Carolina needs to join the 21st Century! These dogs have feelings and they are social animals who need companionship! It's neglect pure and simple. Period. There are other dogs in the house and kids too. Whatever is going on outside is probably mirrored on the inside... that poor dog has been outside tethered since he was a puppy!

Dogs need adequate shelter , heating
Bedding , food , water etc.
I also believe that if you have cats they should be kept inside.
If you have animals keep them inside and take care of them if not don't buy them

We shouldn’t even be having to have this discussion in 2021. Common sense and the minimum level of humanity should be expected by us to not only care for our “pets” (or some of us consider them family members) but to at least provide minimal requirements that make a LIFE comfortable instead of CRUEL and tortured. The fact we are STILL having to discuss this and it isn’t already a law is sickening.
