Change Laws to Protect Dogs From Neglect & Abuse

Trash people goin trash. Put them in the same conditions they put their animals in.

If you can't protect your animals ,then you go set in the cold and rain with them..No animal should be treated this way

Heartless owner, should not have a dog!

For the love of God, will you not do something for this poor dog! This is a disgrace. This animal is left outside on a chain or rope and the kennel is useless - not just because it's on its side but because it has holes in it! Are there no provisions in Spartanburg County to help this animal? Do you know what this makes the county look like? It's a total disgrace. Please do not allow these monsters to keep an animal and take that poor dog away from them. No animal should have to be outside in this weather - or chained up in any weather! Please DO SOMETHING!!
