Outside dogs need a clean area to be in also fresh water and food every day. Most important is good shelter.

All dogs, no matter the breed need proper shelter from rain, snow, ice, all day sun, cold and hot temperatures! They deserve love, attention and to be played with!

Everytime I drive by I look to see if the dog is outside and he always is. Sometimes it's on top of the dog house. I'm assuming to get off the wet ground and to keep warm.

This poor little dog across from the Appalache Dam has been left tethered in freezing cold temperatures, sometimes in rainy, freezing conditions numerous times over the years that I have witnessed personally. Please make and uphold the laws to protect defenseless animals that don’t have the power to change their circumstances. Respectfully, Belinda Traynor

No animal should be outside any more than 15 minutes in rain, cold, or heat. Owner should face heavy fines 1st offense
