This has gone on far too long. A portion of our tax's go to fund Spartanburg Animal control? Releasing the dog to fend on his own is not the answer, he'll just wind up dead or at the wild dog sanctuary known as the dump. Owners need to be held responsible for the treatment of this dog and any others they may acquire.

Please do something to change the animal regulations in Spartanburg county. Tethering a dog is not ok! No temperature regulations is not ok! Tighten up on these Spartanburg! Your regulations are out of date and animals are suffering.

I have also seen this in a neighbor’s subdivision with a dog in a 4x4 caged area every day 24 hours daily.
