Change Laws to Protect Dogs From Neglect & Abuse

Please create a stringent law to protect animals from cruelty. From being chained and tethered day and night in good weather or bad. Protect animals that are abused and neglected by their owners. Do Ll you can to protect the animals. They are better off being put to sleep.

I have called animal control on this specific dog 5 times. He is still outside in terrible conditions. The last time I called animal control the officer said she knew exactly which dog I was speaking of and that he was fine. Such a sad situation!

Someone please save this dog and the owners should be punished or left outside for days, too!!!

The law needs to be changed. Every animal deserves to have a good life. I have seen it on my own where dogs are chained up most of their life or kept in a too small crate outside or in the garage. I called police and animal control and nothing happened. It's hard to watch it and it's frustrating. Please help, we need to be their voices.

I've seen this same situation many times, on my mail route. Our county government needs to put this at the top of the list.

I’ve seen this dog many times, tired to help by contacting the owners of the home who are listed on the property taxes, and then watched as Animal Control was out there and left WITHOUT rescuing this dog. This poor pup has been abused severely by being left in extreme cold, in flood waters and with no shelter. People have even offered $200 to buy the dog. Such a disgusting case and it’s been going on way too long!
