I have read numerous posts about the thwarted attempts to help this poor animal, and others. All our pets are rescues; every animal deserves a chance-if it takes changing or writing a law to make this happen, lets make it happen! It starts here.

If you can't treat your pet like part of the family, you don't deserve them in the first place. Fur or not, leaving an animal tethered, trapped and alone in the cold/rain is unacceptable.
